How We Work
Every project is carefully planned, efficiently implemented,
and supported for reliable long-term performance.
1. Consultation & Site Assessment
Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand the client's requirements and operational conditions. Our technical team conducts site inspections and evaluates the characteristics of solid and liquid waste along with water quality parameters to identify the most suitable treatment approach.
2. System Design & Project Planning
Based on the assessment, we develop a customized system design and project plan tailored to the specific needs of the facility. The design focuses on efficient management systems, operational reliability, and compliance with environmental regulations.
3. Installation & Implementation
Triangle Chemicals undertakes the supply, erection, and installation of solid and liquid waste management systems as well as water purification units. Each project is implemented with careful attention to engineering standards and system efficiency.
4. Commissioning & Technical Support
After installation, systems are thoroughly tested and commissioned to ensure smooth operation. We provide technical training, operational guidance, and ongoing support to assist clients with regulatory procedures and compliance requirements.

Client Satisfaction, Our Reputation
We’ve helped hundreds of partners, to achieve their goals and stellar feedback, is our reward!

Everything you need to know about our environmental engineering services,
processes, and how we can help your facility stay compliant.
What is NOWA Technology and what makes it different?
NOWA Technology is an advanced wastewater treatment system developed by CSIR–National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (CSIR-NIIST). Unlike conventional systems, it offers lower energy consumption, a compact footprint, reduced sludge generation, and lower operational costs. Triangle Chemicals is a licensed implementation partner of this technology.
Which industries does Triangle Chemicals serve?
We serve a wide range of sectors including industrial manufacturing units, food processing industries, hotels and hospitality, institutional facilities, government and public sector projects, and commercial establishments across Kerala.
Can you help with Pollution Control Board (PCB) approvals?
Yes. Our team provides technical consultancy and full assistance in obtaining Pollution Control Board (PCB) approvals, Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), and other statutory clearances required under environmental regulations.
Do you offer operation and maintenance support after installation?
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) along with technical training, operational guidance, and ongoing support to ensure proper system management and long-term performance after commissioning.
What is the process to get started with a wastewater treatment project?
Our process starts with a free consultation and site assessment to understand your requirements and evaluate water or waste quality. Based on that, we design a customized system, handle procurement and installation, then commission the plant with full technical support and regulatory assistance.
Do you also supply chemicals for water treatment?
Yes. Triangle Chemicals supplies a wide range of industrial and specialty chemicals including boiler treatment chemicals, cooling tower chemicals, water and wastewater treatment chemicals, agro chemicals, laboratory chemicals, and food additives.
